If You Give a Toddler Some Sprinkles
Gracie loves to help with cookies.
She knows how to pinch and sprinkle.
The centers are done.
I added the petals last, and here are some finished flower cookies.
And now, butterflies.
That's more sprinkles than I intended but Gracie had a different vision!

Happy Cookies
The Ginger Cookie blog has been in need of some cookies! I've been working on some new techniques and have a long list of future projects both fun (lots of baking, decorating and sharing) and practical (a better photo set-up).
In the midst of it all, I made these little "Happy Guy" cookies.
And here are a dozen of them packaged up and ready to take to a friend.

Framed Handprint
Gracie and I made Daddy a special birthday gift. The hard part was convincing her to cooperate with the handprint! We used a glossy poster paint on heavy paper (cover stock) and a simple frame from the craft store.
