The Ginger Cookie blog has been in need of some cookies! I've been working on some new techniques and have a long list of future projects both fun (lots of baking, decorating and sharing) and practical (a better photo set-up).
In the midst of it all, I made these little "Happy Guy" cookies.
And here are a dozen of them packaged up and ready to take to a friend.
